My journey so far .   .  .

I have a passion and deep experience related to brain health that I use to help people in their journey toward stronger cognitive health. It’s never too early to tune your lifestyle so you can feel better, think better and live better. As a ReCODE 2.0 certified coach, clients participate in The Bredesen Protocol for prevention or reversal of cognitive decline. My coaching journey started with the intensive Kresser Institute program to become an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC) and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners. The ADAPT program aligns with well-researched, evidence-based functional medicine and coaching psychology principles. Functional medicine recognizes the interconnectedness of all the body’s biological systems and calls for a multifactorial, personalized approach to address the root causes of symptoms.
