My journey so far . . .
I have a passion and deep experience related to brain health that I use to help people in their journey toward stronger cognitive health. It’s never too early to tune your lifestyle so you can feel better, think better and live better. My coaching journey started with intensive functional health coach training through an accredited program that aligns with evidence-based functional medicine and coaching psychology principles. The next step was credentialing as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners. Functional medicine recognizes the interconnectedness of the body’s biological systems and calls for a multifactorial, personalized approach to address the root cause(s) of your symptoms. When root causes are addressed with physician-directed medical and/or lifestyle interventions to regulate your metabolic health, further illness may be preventable.
